Young Hot

“Young Hot”, like many other seventh graders in the rough streets of West Philadelphia was a product of his environment. Living in an environment, which included drugs and violence on a regular basis, the latter being a direct correlation of the former, he sought to make the best of his given situation. While watching his older brother rehearse his rap lyrics in the basement of the Chancellor Street row-home which they shared; the energetic, attention thriving youth thought to test his own abilities with his peers at Sayre Middle School.
