Kyzir Reeves, professionally known as HopOutBlick, is a Philadelphia-based drill rapper associated with the YoungBagChasers (YBC) collective. Born in 2005 in the Germantown neighborhood, he emerged as a prominent figure in the city’s underground scene, known for his raw lyrics and high-energy delivery.
