Slow

There are several acts called Slow. 1) SLOW was a four-piece metal band from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, active from 1999 to 2001. Their sound blended elements of Industrial Metal, Hip-Hop, Hardcore, Metalcore, & even Goth Metal. Guitarist Adam Cullen & keyboardist Ashleigh Barkdoll began writing music together in August 1999, leading to the formation of SLOW the following month. They soon recruited vocalist Justin Hartgrave, a high school friend & former singer of RustProof, followed by drummer Josh Newcomb.
