Cities of the Plain is a one man progressive, instrumental, post-metal project formed by Sam Blum of Eugene, Oregon. He has three releases to date; "Sitka [ep]" in 2012, "...the most exciting contest you can imagine" in 2013 and "Where Our Homes Used to Be" in 2014.
