The Shake Spears

The beat group The Shake Spears arrived in Belgium in December 1964 from Northern Rhodesia (now Zambia). They had previously been successful in their own country, playing as the Dynamics. Despite numerous lineup changes between 1965 and 1967, the group was very well received in Belgium, recording numerous hit singles (mostly covers) and releasing an album, The Shake Spears.
