Jerry Neil Capehart (born 22 August 1928, died 7 June 1998 in Nashville, Tennessee), a.k.a. Jerry Neal and Jerry Berryhill, was an American songwriter and music manager. Capehart co-wrote the songs "Summertime Blues" and "C'mon Everybody" with Eddie Cochran, whom he also managed.
