About Throne Of Chaos
Throne of Chaos (later shortened to TOC) was a metal band from Espoo, Finland. Formed in 1995 and disbanded in 2005, their style radically shifted over time, encompassing subgenres such as melodic death metal, power metal, thrash metal, and even progressive metal with jazz influences. Throne of Chaos started out as a melodic death/power metal band with a neoclassical touch, not too dissimilar from Children of Bodom. This style is present on their 1997 debut EP Fata Morgana and 2000 debut full-length Menace and Prayer
