David Washington

David Washington is an american recording artist/ bassist, singer, song writer and producer who has worked with many famous recording artists like the Detroit emeralds, the Dells, David Peaston, RJ's Latest Arrival,Joe Simon, Sam and Dave,The Fantastic Four, and others. He also discovered Anita Baker and signed her to Chapter 8 in 1978. several years later Anita Baker embarked on a solo carear and Michael Powell, Chapter 8's guitarist served as her producer and he inlisted David and other members of chapter 8 to record the Anita Baker tracks.
