Mehehe

Mehehe is an intriguing duo that unconventionally refers to the tradition of whispers and folk magic. It is composed of Basia Songin and Helena Matuszewska, artists associated with many folk and non-folk bands (Sutari, Same Suki, InFidelis, Kuso). The band debuted at this year's Polish Radio Festival "New Tradition", winning the third prize for a well thought-out stage performance, intimacy and a fairy tale atmosphere. Mehehe tells stories that have survived in nursery rhymes, summer solstice lyrics, magical sentences.
