Toshi Ito & Happy & Blue is a Japanese mood music group. This article also describes their successor group, Shinsei Toshi Ito & Happy & Blue, formed in 2021. After performing with "Toshi Ito and The Praisemen" and "Toshi Ito & Blue Candle," he formed "Toshi Ito and Happy & Blue" in 1971. The first lead vocalist was Takashi Narumi, who later changed his name to Jiro Hase. In 1973, Hideyo Morimoto became the second lead vocalist, and in 1974, "Watashi Inottemasu" became a hit.
