About Scarf!
There are at least two artists with this name. 1) Scarf! was a Project of Manuel Reuter (aka Manian) and Manuel Schleis. On top of the tracks that they created, they also mixed tracks from Cascada, and has been featured on several Hard Dance Mania volumes, and other dance/trance compilations. 2) Scarf! are an indie JRock band from Tokyo. The band was formed in 2001. The members of Scarf are Syuichi Kikuchi (Vocal, Guitar), Makoto Zaha (Bass), and Fumiyo Tomita (Drums).
