Biography of Blake Worthington By: Blake Worthington I wish someone else would write this for me so I would sound cool... I was born in western Kentucky, but soon after hatching my family moved to Michigan. We lived in Michigan for a short amount of time and soon caught the train back to Kentucky. I grew up on a farm in Utica, Kentucky, raising cattle and growing crops. I started playing music on the farm and quickly got entangled in the craft.
