Odub

Odub, aka Kris Hampton, has been a hiphopper since the early eighties. Starting as a breakdancer in 1985, he gradually gravitated toward the mic, and his first cassette tape (yes… cassette), “Ace In The Hole” hit the local streets in 1991. After a brief split from hiphop, because of irreconcilable differences, Odub returned with a new style, and new focus. The climbing songs soon became a release from the pressures of making a good hiphop album, and with every new hiphop CD came a new collection of climbing rhymes.
