Designer

Designer is the nom-de-plume of Casey Rice, formerly mixer to the stars of the post-rock/jazz crossover explosion around Chicago in the nineteen-nineties, now mixer, engineer and producer of note in Melbourne, Australia. Rice's work under the Designer moniker encompasses electronics-based production, remixes and the odd performance exploring synthesis. He's released work on Duophonic Super 45s and remixed artists from Isotope 217 to Derrick Carter.
