Bols

1. Bols was a rock band from Tromsø, a town in northern Norway. The band was active through 1983-1986, and drew inspiration from the english post-punk acts of the early eighties (Joy Division, The Fall, Public Image Limited etc). They were quite successful locally, and did a couple of tours in Norway and Denmark, although they didn't release any records during their active period, even though recording sessions took place on several occasions in 1984 and 1985.
