Eric Downer

Growing up in the sleeper town of Cambridge, Ontario, Eric Downer was introduced to electronic music at a young age by his uncle. Early sonic excursions were comprised of mix edits on his dad’s dual cassette deck and CD hi-fi, focusing on tiny bits of sound using a combo pause button/jog wheel stutter approach. Access to late night radio and a few well stocked record stores saw that he was collecting music as soon as his first paycheck was in hand.
