Electric Fans

Hypnotic sonic loops, interlaced with razor-sharp rhythms, Afro- and Latin-percussion, swampy Dub basslines, and psychedeledic Technoid soundscapes from the mouthharp - the music of Amsterdam's Electric Fans draws on many different stylistic sources, yet at the same time manages to preserve an unmistakeable identity of its own. The Electric Fans have been performing in various line-ups for about 6 years, and have become notorious in the Amsterdam party-scene.
