The story of The Personals: To my knowledge there are exactly three human beings on the face of the earth that can rightfully claim membership in the band known as The Personals... though some may try... Brian Bartels is one. An avid anti-socialite, as a youth he grew to like singing and playing guitar, sometimes separate and sometimes successively. Shortly after the dawning of the new millennia he learned to make terms with his obsession with polytonal harmony and was led to discover a world of synthesized textures
