Down

Down is an American heavy metal supergroup formed in New Orleans, Louisiana, in 1991. The band's lineup has included vocalist Phil Anselmo, drummer Jimmy Bower, guitarists Pepper Keenan and Kirk Windstein, and several bassists over the course of its history, including Todd Strange, Rex Brown, and Pat Bruders. The group is associated with members of other established heavy metal bands, including Pantera, Eyehategod, Crowbar, Corrosion of Conformity, Goatwhore, Superjoint Ritual, and Sun Don't Shine.
