GEttNER is by definition a one-man project created by Jack Gettner (Ged Bass) at the turn of 2008-2009, who, after various adventures, playing in several bands playing different genres of music, gave up guitars for synthesizers and started to create music the way he always wanted to create. GEttNER's music is the resultant of a number of different inspirations deeply rooted in the synth sounds of the eighties, as well as a huge influence of bands from the scene of Dark Independent
