David and Courtney Napier, a husband and wife duo, form the two-piece metal band known as TIMŌRĀTUS. They have a penchant for concept albums and narrative structures, as demonstrated by their release of a four-EP set in various metal genres (Black, Death, Doom, and Grind). When played in sequence, these EPs narrate the tale of Kefla, a man who lost everything during the Black Plague era. In subsequent years, TIMŌRĀTUS embarked on a full-length Doom/Drone Metal project named Reverentia.
