About Mạnh Quỳnh
Manh Quynh (1972- ) has been one of the most popular overseas Vietnamese singers of traditional Vietnamese popular music since the early 1990s. Born in Bien Hoa, Vietnam, Manh Quynh moved to the United States in 1992 at the age of 20. First resettling in New York, he studied accounting for two years prior to being discovered by Nguoi Dep Binh Duong, a Vietnamese music production label based in Orange County, California. For most of the 1990s decade, Manh Quynh was under contract with Nguoi Dep Binh Duong as an exclusive recording artist.
