Eugenijus Kanevičius

Eugenijus Kanevičius (b. 1959) is a Lithuanian jazz bassist who has been active in the jazz scene since 1988. He plays across a diverse range of styles and uses electronic additions, guitar, trumpet, percussion and voice. Kanevičius, who performs solo and in duos, has performed with almost all established jazz artists in Lithuania, as well as a number of international artists. His international collaborations include regular work with the Estonian groups the Raivo Tafenau Group and the Estonian Dream Big Band.
