Stefano Cantini

Stefano “Cocco” Cantini was born in 1956. His first musical experience was with the city band; after a propaedeutic phase of the adolescence formation, he outlines a very picked interest for jazz choosing playing saxophone. He directs himself to a musical route dedicated to the study of sound and its evolution speaking about classic jazz and other ways of experimentation. Since 70s he has been playing with a large number of jazz bands and he starts belonging to a narrow circle of musicians playing concerts and recoding disks.
