Künstler says: "You might describe Künstler music as a beautiful collision between electronica, classical minimalism, and 1970s krautrock. I made this music because I believe that dance music needs to discover the art of melody, harmony and structure; that classical music needs to remember how to be popular and listenable; and that not enough music is clever and funky like Kraftwerk or Faust. But mostly I made this music because I like it. When I hear Dizzee Rascal I want to arrange him for strings.
