BRz started making music in 1997. The first stuff he did was more broken jungle tracks with 4/4 beats. His studio setup was an Ensoniq ASRX sampler and an Atari ST for sequencing. Inspiration came from early DHR/PCP records. In 1998 he started to make music with Dieter from TDK sound-system. Their sound was more tribal and acid influenced. Together they made TDK 1 to 4 , Mononom Records 4 and played loads of cool live-sets. After a while they stopped making music together.
