About Vilas Craig
Vilas is alive and well and living in Wisconsin, he's my next door neighbor as a matter of fact. He's gettin' up there in years - I think he'll be 70 this year. A great guy - he came over for my daughters 18th birthday and sang her a bunch of his old tunes. I have all his old stuff and some of the new stuff he's been doing (yes even at 70, he's still recording). His son, Timothy Craig, is getting pretty big in Nashville now and will be playing at the Star Spangled Celebration in Richland Center, Wi. the end of June, 2009.
