The Ivies

There have been at least two bands recording under the name The Ivies. 1.) The Ivies was a doo wop vocal group from the late 1950's. Beverly Dewitt Yancey, the father of the late James Dewitt Yancey, better known as J Dilla, was one of the founding members of The Ivies. 2.) The Ivies are a psychedelic rock band from Liverpool.
