Parliament Hill

Jess Bennett and Kevin Benz began writing together shortly after they met, during their senior year at Georgetown University. Upon graduation in May 2009, they decided to pursue music full time and they soon formed Parliament Hill. Both singer-songwriters are originally from England and currently live in Washington DC.
