Parents are EDDIE RT WILLIAMS(Father) and SEDDIE MAE CAESAR .CHILDHOOD - Raised near Avery, Texas deep in the country of RED RIVER COUNTY, TEXAS. A chance meeting and guitar lesson at age seven with a Bluesman ,believed to be the Legendary ELMORE JAMES, in Dekalb, Texas(A former famous musician ,HUDDIE LEDBETTER known as LEADBELLY once lived there)started his interest in playing Blues music.
