John M. Kennedy

John M. Kennedy is an American conductor and composer, presently serving as Resident Conductor and Director of Orchestral Activities of Spoleto Festival USA in Charleston, South Carolina. Originally a percussionist who was trained at the Oberlin Conservatory and Northwestern University, Kennedy lived in New York City from 1984 to 1999.
