Bootleg Bill

Bootleg Bill is a partially legendary Punk-Rocker thought to be based out of Florida. Was once the guitarist in an infamous band called The Roidz. He later went on to disappear from music altogether. It is believed that he lives in an old shoe under a magic rainbow.
