Born and raised in San Deigo, CA , Sylvia Jonna first discovered her singing talent at 10 years old singing Mariah Carey's One Sweet Day on a karaoke machine in her room. A cousin of hers overheard and jokingly said.."Wow, you have an amazing voice, I should manage you." As much as he said it as a half- joke, she took it as the beginning of her legacy as the first chaldean/american female to break into and succeed in the american music industry. She knew then it was her purpose and her one goal in life.
