Billy Lazar And The Woody Wagoners were an instrumental surf group who were active in the early '60s. Their sole long player, Surfin' Around, was released in 1963 on the tiny Scarlett Records label, with liner notes written by Sam Riddle of KFWB, a popular rock 'n' roll station based in L.A. The record has since become a rather high priced rarity amongst surf music collectors, selling for over $200 on Discogs.com multiple times.
