Haley James Scott

Haley James Scott is a fictional character played by Bethany Joy Galeotti on the CW show One Tree Hill. In One Tree Hill, the character of Haley pursues her dream of becoming a musician, and therefore Bethany has often lent her voice talent to the show as well as its soundtrack and subsequent music tour.
