Sirin Ensemble

The ensemble of ancient Russian sacred music «Sirin» was established in October 1989 by Andrei Kotovym - who devoted many years to studying characteristics of an authentic Russian singing of medieval music and folk songs - and a group of professional musicians coming together for the revival of ancient singing traditions.
