SEX, DRUGS, and EXPERIMENTAL NOISE!!! Experimental noise disorder PICA was formed in early 1991 in Middletown, Pennsylvania by Steve O'Donnell, then guitarist for grindcore band EXIT - 13. Utilizing dilapidated turntables, 8 Tracks tape players, guitars and layered tapes, he began recording hours of experimental noise music with a sinister psychedelic edge. PICA were featured on the double disc compilation The Japanese - American Noise Treaty (RR 6930-2).
