Darryl Pearson

Darryl Pearson (born in Baltimore, Maryland), also known as Day or DX, is an American R&B producer, songwriter, musician, and half of R&B duo Melky & Day. Being discovered by DeVante Swing of Jodeci in the early 90s, Pearson was one of the very first members of Swing Mob, later Da Bassment. He would go on to make contributions to Jodeci’s second and third albums, along with assisting Devante on tracks such as “Can U Get Wit It” by Usher, and “I Don't Want to Do Anything” by Mary J.
