hoogway, real name Victor Spira, is a lo-fi beats producer from Brussels, Belgium. Shortly after he began his journey in music production, Belgian artist Hoogway arrived in the cosy lands of lo-fi and chillhop music. His first track on Soundcloud, "something new under the sun" was uploaded on May 18, 2017. The Brussels-based beatmaker draws on influences from hip hop, indie rock and folk to create warm and soothing melodies that inspire peaceful reflection.
