Louis Fouché

Louis Fouché (foo-shay) steadily establishing himself as a distinct voice in his generation on alto saxophone, yet his path to a career in music was not typical. He grew up in the rural town of Mountain Top, Pennsylvania, and he does not come from a family of musicians and artists. His first love as a young child was science. At age 12, Fouché attended the Louis "Satchmo" Armstrong Summer Jazz Camp in New Orleans while visiting his grandparents for the summer.
