Elijah MC

Elijah MC, an Australian street performer based in Brighton (UK), creates music tracks by using only the sound of his own voice. He layers his live vocal loop samples from the bottom up, with beats, basslines, backing vocals and effects, layering one on top of the other. He creates his reggae influenced music in what he calls a 'dubwise' style. His tracks are built by beat-boxing through an effects pedal and looping that beat. He uses a little reverb and delay to add some dimension.
