Felipe Poli

Felipe Poli was born in 1969 in Porto Alegre, his first contact with the guitar was at 11 years of age when the influence of his brother began to take private lessons of the instrument. Quickly grew to love the six strings and stepped up the study of music, through a brief period for the returning scholar and MPB, Bossa Nova and Jazz, where he found the roots of the music that shaped his style more evident. The mid-'80s began studies with masters Helio Delmiro and Ary Piassarolo, where the first had contact with improvisation and music Modal.
