Chris Melville

Chris Melville, vocalist for New Zealand's powerful jazz-groove/soul group The Grand Central Band. Chris has been singing since he was four years old and gigging professionally since 1995 alongside other NZ musical luminaries. Chris's primary musical presentation is through the Jazz-Groove genre, he has released two albums with the Grand Central Band and is currently producing a third album in the studio (April, 2009) His songwriting style draws from his love of Soul music and storytelling.
