Local Heroes SW9

Local Heroes SW9 was a band put together by Charlie Gillet and the good people @ Oval Records to showcase the talents of Kevin Armstrong. This shouldn't suggest that the others in the three-piece were make-weights; no way. Aside from Armstrong the band featured Kim Barti, an excellent drummer whose singular style drove the band on the more up moments but also provided some fantastic scattergun that backed up some of the almost dub-like more off-beat stuff.
