About Asterisk*
There are multiple artists that perform under the name Asterisk*. 1) A grindcore band from Sweden. 2) An alt/experimental hip-hop/hyperpop artist from Canada. 1) Asterisk* (or “a*” as they have been called occasionally) was formed in Umeå, northern Sweden out of pure boredom in the autumn of 99 (possibly the only grindcore band ever to arise from that area).
