JP ONE is a hip-hop artist from Detroit, MI. He was signed to a local label owned my Motown legend, Barret Strong, at the age of 15. After serving nine years in the Michigan Department of Corrections, he returned to socity with a focus that was second to none. He started his own imprint and has subsequently released multiple commercially and critically successful projects.
