Sonny Miller

Sonny started his musical career on guitar. He took 2 years of lessons from Skip Westphal. Westphal, from Aurora, is a classically trained guitarist, who stressed the importance of playing without a pick. Sonny added bass to his repertoire in 1985 and played in a few bands in the Cleveland area. Most notable of those bands were The Janglers and Al's Fast Freight. In 2003, he made the move back to guitar and added pedal steel to the roster. In 1999, Sonny earned a degree in Music from Cleveland State University.
