Roscoe Wiki Has been an artist since he was 15 (3 years) and producing since he was 16 (2 years). With what he has done so far he has generated a considerable buzz around the Pittsburgh area. Very open to creating many different genre's of music. HE HATES BEING CALLED A RAPPER... HATES IT!!!... he once said "I'm not a rapper... I'm an artist/producer which means i do more than rap and make beats". He intends on making more than Hip-Hop Music. He wants to make music that'll make you laugh,cry,wonder,excited, and aroused.
