Jai Pyne

Former frontman of Sydney indie darlings The Paper Scissors , Jai Pyne has been making music since before he could write. His first release after disbanding The Paper Scissors was 2015's 'Jaisus'; a tangled, lo-fi journey of layers and beats. Since 'Jaisus' he has continued to evolve his production and sound, moving through disco-pop into straight up house with the split single 'Only 1 For Me/Clouds Above' in 2018 followed by the neo-soul wonkiness of single ‘Lakeside’ in 2020.
