About Shallow Waters
Shallow Waters is a Power Electronics/Harsh Noise outfit. They reside in Providence, Rhode Island. The idea for this project was conceived in March of 2005 by Jeff Plummer and Rob Hill. http://www.myspace.com/shallowwatersprov SHALLOW WATERS is also the name of a melancholic post-black metal band that was founded in Mondragón (Spain) in 2018. The band was formed by members of Nahemah, The Holeum, Demised and Darkness By Oath. "Living through the evolution of the genre, Shallow Waters explores melancholic and dark sounding tunes.
